PPnP Player Character Sheets

These sheets were designed to be used together. They could be used independantly with other similar sheets, but as you will see, they have specific usages that complement one another.

Character Record Sheet

This character record sheet has been evolving for about eight years now. It auto-populates many fields and auto-calculates things like:

  • Ability modifiers
  • Armor Class
  • Carrying capacity
  • Skill modifiers
  • Weight carried

Download the example sheet to see how it is used and how it can be customized for specific characters. Note that the example sheet has a character sketch, skill DC annotations, and an auto-calculated Handy Haversack. It is also a slightly older version of the sheet.

Character Status Log

This character status log is particularly useful when your characters are getting into higher levels. Multiple spell effects, powers, abilities, etc. result in multiple bonuses of varying type. Keeping track of total attack, damage, AC, and save bonuses can get tricky. This sheet really helps sort this out.

As you can see in the example, this sheet also helps keep track of:

  • hit points
  • ongoing spells, effects, and conditions
  • recharging abilities and items

Consumable Items Log Sheet

Tracking consumable items such as potions, wands, etc. on your character sheet only causes clutter & confusion. We solved the problem by coming up with this consumable items log sheet.

Note in the example, that we usually combine identical potions on the same line.
